Heartland Hounds
A limited portrait project created to celebrate the pets who shape our lives — and give back to animals still waiting for theirs.
Heartland Hounds is a beautifully printed, hardcover coffee table book featuring pets (and their favorite humans) from across Ohio’s farms, trails, neighborhoods, and city streets.
Each participant’s story will be thoughtfully photographed and designed into a custom spread within the book — honoring the everyday magic of living alongside animals in the heartland.
Fifty percent of every participation fee will be donated directly to a local Ohio animal charity (to be announced soon).
Participation details
Participation Includes: Limited sessions available
• A dedicated portrait session in Central Ohio-dates available March-October
• Inclusion in the Heartland Hounds book (2–4 page custom spread)
• A private image reveal and artwork ordering appointment
• The opportunity to preserve your portraits as custom artwork
A $150 participation fee reserves your place in the project.
$75 of every fee is donated to support animals in need.
Participants who wish to expand their experience may extend their session for additional time.
